I have a variety of ways to help women-over-40 reclaim their health after a personal wake up call, because, let’s face it, losing weight and getting fit after 40 has its own unique challenges!

Do you offer Group Coaching? I primarily work 1:1 with clients in one of my highly personalized, signature coaching, and consulting programs, but periodically offer group coaching opportunities, such as my Ditch-The-Sugar or 8-Weeks-To-Summer Challenges, or my 21-Day-Jumpstart!
How do I find the right program for me? I don’t believe in the cookie cutter or “one-size-fits-all” approach to weight loss or health and wellness. Your body and your needs are unique to you and as such, your program will be designed for you as an individual.
I’m too busy to figure this out for myself! What if I need more? The majority of my Clients are Business Owners, Corporate Employees, or Entrepreneurs, in addition to being parents. Because my Programs are custom-designed for each individual, I take a Concierge approach.
Why can’t I find any pricing on your website? I’m not trying to be coy . . . Due to the fact that my Programs are designed specifically on the basis of your individual and unique needs, no two plans will ever be exactly alike. Pricing takes into account the amount of work required of me to ensure you achieve the best possible outcomes, as well as the amount of time needed to be set aside on your behalf.
What if I change my mind? Our Coaching relationship is a partnership! While I do my best, during your Breakthrough Session, to determine if working together makes sense for both of us, not everyone is a good fit and that’s okay. If I can’t help you, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can!
Do you offer refunds? I only work with a select number of Clients each year. I also don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics. Once I determine the scope of your needs, I will put together a Proposal for you to review. This will include an outline of the steps I’ll take you through to help you achieve your goals, along with the amount of time it will take. Should we agree to work together, that time will be reserved specifically for you. I cannot get back the time I invest in helping you achieve your goals.
