Do you offer Group Coaching?
I primarily work 1:1 with clients in one of my highly personalized, signature coaching, and consulting programs, but periodically offer group-coaching opportunities 3-4x throughout the year on Facebook, such as:

How do I find the right program for me?
I don’t believe in the cookie-cutter or “one-size-fits-all” approach to weight loss, health, or wellness. Your body, your goals, and your needs are unique as you are.
As such, each coaching program is custom-designed for you as an individual. If you have a specific question, feel free to reach out and ask.

I’m too busy to figure this out for myself! What if I need more?
The majority of my Clients are Business Owners, Corporate Executives, or Entrepreneurs, in addition to being parents.
I get busy!
Because my Programs are custom-designed for each individual, I take a custom approach.
If you have a particular concern, don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know.
What if we are not a fit?
The Coaching relationship is a partnership!
While I do my best, during your Breakthrough Session, to determine if working together makes sense for both of us, not everyone is a good fit and that’s okay.
If I can’t help you, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can!
Do you offer refunds?
All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
