So what exactly is a Breakthrough Session?
Think of a Breakthrough Session as an opportunity for you and I to get to know each other and determine whether this program and my coaching style are a good fit for you. It also gives you the chance to develop a plan of action.
It is important to me that not only our goals and intentions are clear, but that they fit YOUR LIFESTYLE!
During this 60 minute phone call we will:
- Discover how your everyday food and lifestyle choices are affecting your health
- Uncover which habits are fueling your goals and which ones are sabotaging them
- Outline a Personalized Action Plan, so you can take charge of your goals without turning your life upside down!
This is a team effort. If we both think my work is a great fit for your needs, then we’ll also talk about the possibility of working together and what that might look like.
